ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน
1. ผู้ให้บริการและการยอมรับข้อกำหนด
PostOcto ให้บริการโดย บริษัท นิวรอลลิงค์ จำกัด (Neural Link Co., Ltd.) ประเทศไทย การเข้าสู่ระบบหรือใช้งาน PostOcto ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดอย่าใช้บริการ
2. บริการและผู้มีสิทธิ์ใช้งาน
PostOcto เป็นระบบให้ทีมคอนเทนต์ร่าง ตั้งเวลา เผยแพร่ และติดตามผลโพสต์บน Facebook, Instagram, TikTok และ YouTube ที่ทีมเชื่อมต่อไว้ บริการเปิดให้เฉพาะทีมที่ผู้ให้บริการอนุมัติ และสมาชิกที่ผู้ดูแลของทีมอนุมัติเท่านั้น
ปัจจุบันบริการไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย หากจะเริ่มเก็บค่าบริการ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าและจะไม่เรียกเก็บเงินโดยที่คุณไม่ได้ตกลง
3. บัญชีของคุณ
คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เก็บรักษารหัสผ่านและการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้นของตนเอง และรับผิดชอบการกระทำที่เกิดจากบัญชีของคุณ ผู้ดูแลของทีมรับผิดชอบการอนุมัติสมาชิกและการเชื่อมต่อบัญชีของแบรนด์ หากพบการใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แจ้งเราโดยเร็ว
4. เนื้อหาของคุณและการใช้งานที่ห้าม
เนื้อหาที่คุณสร้างหรืออัปโหลดยังเป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้เราเก็บ ประมวลผล และส่งเนื้อหานั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการตามที่คุณสั่ง เช่น ปรับขนาดสื่อและเผยแพร่ไปยังปลายทางที่เลือก
ใช้เฉพาะบัญชีที่คุณเป็นเจ้าของหรือได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดการ และเนื้อหาที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้งาน ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อส่งสแปม ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิของผู้อื่น เผยแพร่เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือเข้าถึงระบบและข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงห้ามพยายามหลบเลี่ยงข้อจำกัดของระบบหรือของแพลตฟอร์มปลายทาง
5. แพลตฟอร์มของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
การเชื่อมต่อและการเผยแพร่ไปยัง Facebook, Instagram, TikTok และ YouTube ต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น ผลการเผยแพร่ขึ้นอยู่กับสิทธิ์ ข้อจำกัด และการตรวจสอบของแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งอยู่นอกการควบคุมของเรา
PostOcto ใช้ YouTube API Services การเชื่อมต่อช่อง YouTube หรือการเผยแพร่ไปยัง YouTube ผ่าน PostOcto ถือว่าคุณตกลงผูกพันตาม ข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google ด้วย
โพสต์ที่เผยแพร่แล้วอยู่บนแพลตฟอร์มปลายทาง PostOcto เก็บสำเนาเนื้อหาตอนเผยแพร่ไว้เป็นประวัติ แต่ไม่ได้แก้ไขหรือลบโพสต์จริง คุณจัดการโพสต์เหล่านั้นได้บนแพลตฟอร์มนั้นโดยตรง
6. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
วิธีที่เราเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และลบข้อมูล อธิบายไว้ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และ คำแนะนำการลบข้อมูล
7. ความพร้อมใช้งานและการไม่รับประกัน
เราพยายามให้บริการทำงานต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย แต่บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มี" เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่หยุดชะงัก ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือว่าแพลตฟอร์มปลายทางจะรับโพสต์ทุกครั้ง เราอาจเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่ม หรือหยุดฟีเจอร์ใดได้ โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าเมื่อกระทบการใช้งานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือการสูญเสียรายได้ ข้อมูล หรือโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการ รวมถึงการกระทำหรือการปฏิเสธของแพลตฟอร์มปลายทาง ข้อนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัด
9. การระงับและการเลิกใช้บริการ
คุณเลิกใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ ผู้ดูแลตัดการเชื่อมต่อบัญชีได้จากหน้าการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี และขอลบข้อมูลได้ตามคำแนะนำการลบข้อมูล เราอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงหากพบการใช้งานที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ กระทบความปลอดภัย หรือเมื่อแพลตฟอร์มปลายทางกำหนด
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
หากแก้ไขสาระสำคัญ เราจะปรับวันที่มีผลด้านบนและแจ้งผู้ใช้ในระบบ การใช้งานต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่

Terms of Service
Effective 14 October 2026
1. Provider and acceptance
PostOcto is provided by Neural Link Co., Ltd., Thailand. By signing in to or using PostOcto you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service and who may use it
PostOcto lets a content team draft, schedule, publish and track posts on the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels it connects. It is available only to teams we approve, and to the members each team's administrator approves. The service is currently free of charge. If we ever introduce fees we will tell you in advance and will not charge you without your agreement.
3. Your account
Keep your details accurate, keep your password and two-factor authentication secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. A team's administrator is responsible for approving members and for the brand accounts the team connects. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
4. Your content and prohibited use
Content you create or upload remains yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service you ask for, such as resizing media and publishing to the destinations you choose. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage and media you have rights to use. Do not use the service for spam, infringement, unlawful or deceptive content, unauthorized access to systems or data, or to circumvent the limits of the service or of a destination platform.
5. Third-party platforms
Connecting to and publishing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is subject to those platforms' own terms, permissions, limits and reviews, which are outside our control.
PostOcto uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing to YouTube through PostOcto, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the related data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Published posts live on the destination platform. PostOcto keeps a copy of what was published as history but does not edit or delete the live post; manage it on that platform directly.
6. Personal data
How we collect, use, share and delete data is described in the Privacy Policy and the data deletion instructions.
7. Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a destination platform will accept every post. We may change, add or discontinue features, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect your use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, data or business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including the actions or refusals of a destination platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time; an administrator can disconnect accounts from the Account Connections page and request deletion as described in the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or end access for use that breaches these terms, threatens security, or where a destination platform requires it.
10. Changes
If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and notify users in the application. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
