การเชื่อมต่อช่อง YouTube

การเก็บรักษาและการลบ

• ชื่อและรูปของช่องถูกอ่านใหม่จาก YouTube ทุกวัน ยอดของวิดีโอถูกอ่านใหม่อย่างน้อยวันละครั้ง และตัวเลขที่ไม่ได้อ่านใหม่ภายใน 30 วันจะถูกลบ
• เมื่อผู้ดูแลตัดการเชื่อมต่อช่องใน PostOcto เราจะยกเลิกสิทธิ์ของแอปที่ Google (เว้นแต่ทีมอื่นใน PostOcto ยังใช้บัญชี Google เดียวกันอยู่) และลบโทเคน ชื่อ และรูปของช่องทันที ส่วนยอดของวิดีโอจากช่องนั้นจะถูกลบภายใน 7 วัน

4. เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลของคุณกับบุคคลที่สาม PostOcto ไม่แสดงโฆษณา เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Meta, TikTok หรือ YouTube เพื่อการโฆษณา และไม่นำไปรวมกับข้อมูลจากแหล่งอื่นเพื่อสร้างโปรไฟล์บุคคล

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

8. ความปลอดภัย

What this service is

PostOcto is provided by Neural Link Co., Ltd. It lets a content team draft, schedule, publish and track posts on the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels it connects. It is available to approved teams, free of charge, and shows no advertising.

What we collect

Account details (display name, email, hashed password, two-factor settings); Meta access tokens together with the IDs and names of the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect; the content, media, internal notes, and comments you create; publishing status, permalinks, comments, and insight statistics retrieved from Meta for the accounts you connected; and activity logs covering sign-in, edits, publishing, and errors. We never receive or store your Facebook or Instagram password.

TikTok accounts

When an administrator connects a TikTok account we store encrypted tokens together with the account's ID, display name and avatar, to list it as a destination, to read the creator information TikTok requires before a post, and to send the videos or photos members choose to publish. If the account grants video read access, we read the view, like, comment and share counts of posts published through PostOcto only. Disconnecting the account in PostOcto revokes the app's access at TikTok, stops all reads for it, and deletes the stored tokens, display name and avatar immediately.

YouTube channels

PostOcto uses YouTube API Services. This use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access and store: encrypted tokens, and the ID, title, thumbnail and URL of the channels in the Google account an administrator connects, to list them as destinations. For videos uploaded through PostOcto only: their processing status, and the view, like and comment counts YouTube reports, shown on the Insights page beside the YouTube mark. We do not derive new figures from them or add them to other platforms' numbers.
• What we do with access: upload the videos members choose to publish, and set the cover image a member picks for such a video. We do not read a channel's other videos, the text of comments, subscribers or channel analytics.
• Retention: channel titles and thumbnails are read again from YouTube daily, video counts at least daily, and any count not read again within 30 days is deleted.
• Disconnecting a channel in PostOcto revokes the app's access at Google (unless another PostOcto team still uses the same Google account) and deletes the stored tokens, channel title and thumbnail immediately; that channel's video counts are deleted within 7 days.
• You can revoke PostOcto's access at any time from the Google security settings page. We delete the stored tokens as soon as Google reports the revocation, and the channel title, thumbnail and video counts within 7 days.
• Publish history in PostOcto and the links to uploaded videos are kept. Videos stay on YouTube until the channel owner removes them.

YouTube data is shown only to members of the team that connected the channel and is not shared with any third party.

Meta permissions and why we request them

How we use it

Solely to publish and schedule the content you create, to report the resulting status and statistics back to you, to let your team collaborate, and to keep accounts secure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. PostOcto shows no advertising; we do not use Meta, TikTok or YouTube data for advertising and do not combine it with outside sources to build personal profiles.

Disclosure

We send data only to the platforms you choose to use, and only as your instructions require: Google for sign-in and YouTube, Meta for Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok for TikTok accounts, or where required by law. The service runs on infrastructure our organization controls; no third-party analytics or advertising provider receives your data.

Cookies and data on your device

We use one necessary cookie only: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Your browser also keeps a few display preferences, such as whether the filter panel is collapsed. We use no analytics or advertising cookies and let no third party set cookies through PostOcto.

Retention and deletion

Post data is retained for three months from the latest terminal event or retry; publishable master media is cleaned up seven days after complete success. Future scheduled posts do not expire before delivery is resolved. Content-free audit records are retained for one year. YouTube data follows the YouTube section above. You may disconnect any Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time from the Account Connections page; we stop publishing to it and retrieving data for it immediately. The tokens Meta issued stay encrypted while PostOcto remains authorized in Facebook; to withdraw access entirely, remove PostOcto in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings and ask us to delete the remaining tokens through the data deletion instructions. Content already published to a destination platform remains there — deleting it here does not delete the live post. To request full deletion, see our data deletion instructions.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, all traffic uses HTTPS, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and access is limited to approved team members.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Changes

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and notify users in the application.
