ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อเพจหรือบัญชี Instagram

Disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account

Sign in to PostOcto, open the Account Connections page, select the Facebook Page or Instagram account, and disconnect it. We stop publishing to it and retrieving data from Meta for it immediately. The tokens Meta issued stay encrypted for as long as you keep PostOcto authorized in Facebook, so the account can be connected again. To withdraw access entirely, remove PostOcto under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, then ask us to delete the remaining tokens and data as described below.

Disconnect a YouTube channel or TikTok account

An administrator disconnects these from the same Account Connections page; we revoke the app's access at Google or TikTok, stop reading data for that channel or account, and delete its stored tokens, name and picture immediately. For YouTube we delete the stored tokens, channel title and thumbnail immediately, and that channel's video counts within 7 days. You can also revoke access yourself from the Google security settings page, and we delete the same data within 7 days.

Request full deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in, naming the Page or Instagram account involved. We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. Deletion covers your user account, stored Meta access tokens, uploaded media, and unpublished drafts.

What deletion cannot cover

Content already published to Facebook or Instagram lives on Meta's platform, not ours. Deleting your data here does not remove those live posts — delete them from Facebook or Instagram directly. We may retain limited transaction records where law or audit requirements demand it, with personally identifying details removed.
